How to Fix This Error on Startup Issue…
Why does the Run DLL error at startup occur?
If you are getting a Run DLL error whenever your system boots up, this could be the result of a virus file having been erased by an anti-virus program on your system; this typically occurs after you have used either an anti-spyware or anti-virus program. However, such actions have led to your drive not loading effectively, leaving behind some of the malicious entries that were imbedded into your registry by the virus. You will need to clean this out.
One thing that you should note is that malware removal is not the cause of every DLL error. The chances that the error is due to the removal of a virus is highly likely, if you started encountering this problem right after you finished a full anti-virus scan. If you aren’t too sure, then there are a number of resources that you can use to crosscheck the affected DLL file with.
How did your system become corrupted?
It’s likely that the malware or virus file attached itself to your systems registry through a computer worm. These malware programs are targeted primarily at Windows based systems. Servers that are run on either Windows Server 2003 or 2000 may also be infected by it. The result of this is that, any computer that is linked to this network is susceptible to the very same malware or virus attack.
It could be the result of you accidently downloading a malicious file onto your system via the internet. The moment you execute the file, it will immediately create an entry inside your registry while at the same time making changes to your system files.
As soon as this entry is made, the virus or malware file is launched automatically whenever your system boots-up, this is because the malicious file has been able to edit your userinit registry key. To put it simply, the boot-up process of your computer has been hijacked.
If you were to run a full scan on your system with a good anti-virus program, then it would find the malicious file and remove it from your computer. However, the changes that it has made to your computers registry will remain modified and thus corrupted.
How you can fix a Run DLL error at startup
Ultimately, running a system restore point should be enough to bring your system back to a previous state. However, with this problem, it’s highly unlikely that this will not be enough to rectify the problem. The reason why that is, is because if your anti-virus program was successful at removing the virus, then a restore would simply re-infect your machine, bringing you back to square one again.
You can however correct this problem yourself, by going into your computers registry and making the appropriate changes to it. However, although it is relatively easy for you to alter system files, it’s equally easy for you to mess up your entire computer. As a result, it’s in your best interest to practice the utmost caution, and ensure that you have some idea of what you are doing prior to making any changes to the registry.

How can i use speedypc pro to repair dll files if i cant boot-up? Thanks
If you can’t boot into your OS (Operating System), then you will have to try booting into Safe Mode, which you can do by hitting F8 after the POST (Power On Self Test). Once it’s loaded up, you can attempt to load an old restore point, which may be able to bring your system back.
If after you reboot, the system still doesn’t load, then you can try reinstalling your system DLL files, you can do that by booting into safe mode again, by hitting F8 and selecting Safe Mode With Command Prompt.
If there’s no Command Prompt option, then you can just load up safe mode and then click on Start, then Run, typing in “CMD” and hitting Enter.
When the command prompt loads up, put your OS (Operating System) CD inside your CD Rom Drive and then type in “sfc.exe /scannow” followed by Enter. The computer will attempt to restore all your system DLL files. That should be sufficient in bringing your system back to life.
If you’re unable to load into safe mode, then you will need to run a recovery installation, which will restore all the missing files on your system. Once you’ve done that, then you should consider a registry repair program, which will act as a maintenance tool.
